ChangesThe issue may happen during multiple VM operations like start, configure, modify etc. CauseIssue due to the Unpublished Bug 19280786 relative to an issue with the cache containing ACFS information SolutionThe issue may happen during multiple VM operations like start, configure, modify etc. 2) ls /OVS/Repositories//.ACFS in dom0 3) Try and access the vm.cfg after that. Directly accessing the vm.cfg file without step 2 fails in most occasions with "file not found" error.
