Symptoms

Error with fibre loops on the backup server. It goes online and offline.

Cause

Search on driver-name qlc (SunFC Qlogic FCA v20131114-4.03) ----------Get patch 149175-05.

This patch was obsoleted by patch 149175-06, which was obsoleted by patch 149175-08.

Solution

Upgrade patch on HBA.
