Could not reset Drive to IP Address 10.0.0.1

No an issue that has been heard of.

No HP drive dumps sent in as customer can not attach to the drive with default address 10.0.0.1

Changes

 New install of LTO5 and LTO6 Drive/Tray.

Cause

Bad internal cable.
The drive tray would attach to the data path via the Dione encryption card. That is where the 10.0.0.1 code should be set.

Solution

Replace defective cable.  The part number is 7069871 (CBL ASSY, HP LTO5 ETHERNET, SL30/85). This cable does not show available anywhere in logistics. The "no part" process will need to be followed.
