Symptoms

091F SNO on a T10000A or T10000B drive.

FSC091F

Cause

If you are running with code above 1.48.105 then the cause of this type of error is due to a bit flip in memory.

Solution

This is typically a rare occurrence that will usually not re-occur. If one sees the same failure twice on the same drive, then replace the drive.
