Changes

 None

Cause

This error message means that the User ID specified the wrong passphrase trying to connect to OKM GUI

Solution

It has no impact on the system if it does not exceed the number of "Login Attempt Limit" (the number of failed login attempts before an entity is disabled). The default value for this parameter is 5, minimum value is 1 and maximum value is 1000.

Configured "Login Attempt Limit" parameter can be checked in OKM GUI --> System Management --> Security --> Security Parameters.

If an User ID gets blocked because the number of login retries has been exceeded, then follow the solution suggested in below document to solve it:
Cannot connect to any of the KMAs via the OKM gui - message is "Connect failed;Error access denied" (Doc ID 1570158.1)
