Cause- The link OFFLINE was a result of "login fabric port failed" error. Nov 14 08:46:25 server1 qlc: [ID 329025 kern.warning] WARNING: qlc(2): login fabric port failed D_ID=fffffch, rval=100h, mb1=300h
- This error matches Bug 15816394, which according to the notes in the bug, has been fixed in the latest qlc firmware. Solution- Install the latest qlc driver patch, currently patch <SunPatch:149176-08> .
