Symptoms
Problem seen while trying to configure RSC software, we get the error below.
We have removed/re-installed both the v2.2.2 and v2.2.3 packages but the same error on each when running the rsc-control, and rscadm.
Changes
Configuring RSC card with older Older version of the SUNWrsc patch 119380-01 or 119380-02
Cause
OS: Solaris 8 also seen with Solaris 9
rscadm fails with 'fatal: relocation error:' on adding Patch 119380-02

rscadm: fatal: relocation error: file rscadm: symbol priocntl: referenced symbol not found

Install latest Patch bundle release 119380-06 Sun Remote System Control 2.2.3 .
