Symptoms

Begin/End date are not reflecting current content of sessions.

Changes

Watch button to refresh Begin/End date has been removed in PIC 10.1 for performance reason.

This was replaced by a job on NSP Oracle database which is running every minute.

Cause

Job is not optimized:

  • it will take more than one minute to execute depending on the amount of sessions and DWS
  • it may fail

Solution

Log a service request to obtain the solution.

Follow procedure 1952250.1 to update Oracle database job
