Symptoms

CoreSystemController is switching over every 6 hours to other blade.

Changes

 Too Many provisioning requests done in one maintenance window.

Cause

Table RequestLog had almost 12GB of data stored, so when the data was attempted to be flushed to files, the service was going Out of Service (OOS) and oampmanager was going OOS.

Solution

Delete all data in RequestLog table.
