Cause

If xen/kernel parameters are needed to be added at install, you can add them to the "boot:" prompt using mboot.c32.

From mboot.txt:

mboot.c32 is a 32-bit comboot module that allows Syslinux and its variants to load and boot kernels that use the Multiboot standard (e.g. the Xen virtual machine monitor, and the Fiasco and GNU Mach microkernels).

Solution

To work around driver hang, add the following at anaconda boot: prompt:

boot: mboot.c32 xen.gz dom0_mem=64G,max:64G no-bootscrub extra_guest_irqs=64,2048 nr_irqs=2048 --- vmlinuz --- initrd.img
