Symptoms

The Drill Down feature is showing an error when used on KPI sessions, in the popup window:

An internal error has occurred
Please try again and if the error persists contact the System Administrator

Cause

Drill Down feature is not allowed on ProTraq result session when the ProTraq configuration has been reapplied. The feature is available for all new KPIs generated after the modification done on the ProTraq configuration.
Modifications of a filter for a corner, row and column filters turn off the Drill Down feature.

Solution

With PIC 10.1 a new warning message is present to inform the users.
