This is a bug.  BugID 20174417 has been opened.    The alarm generated is pertaining to HLR licensing, but there is no HLR license on the box as the system as the sytem is having only SPR.   This bug will be patched in future release of  SPR 9.3.2

This is a bug. BugID 20174417 has been opened. The alarm generated is pertaining to Home Location Register (HLR) licensing, but there is no HLR license on the box as the system as the system is having only SPR. This bug will be patched in future release of SPR 9.3.2

Symptoms

User sees this critical alarm coming every night:

Code : 7010
Severity :  ALARM_CRITICAL
Description : Active subscribers license violation. (clear-0)

 

But user has a system which is running only SPR. There is no Home Location Register (HLR) services on the system. This alarm is pertaining to HLR licensing

 

Cause

This is a bug, as there should be no HLR licencing related checks to be done on a system having only SPR.

 

Solution

Bug ID 20174417 has been opened. This is going to be fixed in SPR  9.3.2.
