This is a bug. BugID 20174417 has been opened. The alarm generated is pertaining to HLR licensing, but there is no HLR license on the box as the system as the sytem is having only SPR. This bug will be patched in future release of SPR 9.3.2 In this Document

But user has a system which is running only SPR. There is no Home Location Register (HLR) services on the system. This alarm is pertaining to HLR licensing
CauseThis is a bug, as there should be no HLR licencing related checks to be done on a system having only SPR.
