Symptoms

Do Not Ignore Blinking Service Required Light

Error 3274, HBK Module: Secure Key Grace Period Active. "x" Days Left

Cause

In the absence of any other issue and green icons in the tree, this can indicate an impending HBK or PUK failure.

Solution

After the 30 day grace period the library will cease to function. If the HBC card fails and is replaced before the HBK/PUK card is replaced, the configuration will be lost.
