Symptoms

Terminators Received with Connectors not Seated Correctly.

This can result in robot resets and other errors either immediately or years later as vibration and oxidation cause the marginal electrical connection to ultimately fail.

Cause

 Manufacturing issue.

Solution

ALWAYS check for proper insertion of BOTH Sta-Kon connectors between the terminator circuit-board and the white plastic splice shell during installations.  Also check when trying to diagnose high rail network errors.
