SymptomsEver since the Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) was first received, one of the nodes has failed to boot the operating system. An attempted boot-up does not even get as far as a GRUB screen. Even after re-imaging, it still shows a message saying "Error loading operating system". CauseThe system may be trying to boot from something other than the internal hard drives, if the BIOS boot order is set wrong.
