Symptoms
running infinicheck command to validate a PSR document and I have alerts in the output report:

Cause
the error message contains no clue as to the source of the problem, which was determined to be related to the ssh keys on some of the hosts.
Solution
regenerate the keys and setup user equivalence and then run infinicheck: The issue was solved by regenerating the [ ssh ] keys.
