SymptomsSL500 Console Software V6.0 not showing drive reports. Using Oracle StorageTek Library Console (SLC) version 6.0, on Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1. When going to Tools -> Reports and look at the "Media Drive Events" report, get a "Open Report File Failed". SL500 is at v1483 firmware. SLC 5.80 fails in same way. SLC 4.40 works fine. The only version that I have that still works is version FRS_4.40 (2.71.00). I have that version running on a windows 7 VM and it works fine. I tried version 5.80 and got the same error and version 6.00. CauseFirmware issue. SolutionResolved after Customer installed SLC 6.5 for SL500 running 1483.
