SSD = Service Safety Door

Symptoms

Confirmed problem using left and right SSD. All components except drive all went to inop after access door open.
All SSD sensors seem properly working. Verified by CLI safety interlock status and HBN LEDs.

Cause

All SSD sensors have been properly stated after actuating SSD like below on NBN LED states.
- Barrier Door Left/Right Closed : True
- Left/Right Wait To Open LED : On
- Left/Right Service Mode Switch : True

Internal cable 3138917xx connector P501 pin5 red/white "service mode override" signal was not properly seated to HBN.

 

Solution

Temporary repaired at site and cable 313891703 is replaced.
