Symptoms

Seeing following type messages in errdump output:

2014/10/06-20:36:21, [SNMP-1008], 4328, FID 128, INFO, switch01,  The last device change happened at : Mon Oct  6 20:36:14 2014

No information is given regarding what device changed or how it changed.

Cause

The Fabric OS is logging it noticed something changed on a device.

But if Fabric Watch is not installed/licensed (see below) no further detailed are provided.

Solution

The only way to get more info on what device changed and how, would be to collect supportsave output within 30 minutes of the message then check different logs.

Such as:

portlogdump

fabriclog -s
