Symptoms

Seeing certificate Verification errors in Oracle Key Manager Event Log:

Number = D15B4EE7F0514152000000000000003C, Enrolled = TRUE If the Entity is
a KMA and it was not recently added or added back to this Cluster, log it back
into the Cluster. If the Entity is a User, delete it and create it again. If t
he Entity is an Agent, re-enroll it.

Changes

Drive was recently replaced and re-enrolled.

Cause

Customer determined that two tape drives, drive09 and drive10 were using the
same tape drive agent name, thus the two drives were showing different IP's which caused the issue.

Solution

Customer un-enrolled the duplicate and re-enrolled with the proper agent name.
