0113 SNO Condition

Cause

This problem can be caused by bit flips in the drive. This is typically a rare condition that you see once and then may nver see it again.

Solution

Upload the dump from the drive SNO to see if it is a bit flip. If a drive is seeing many of these then replace the drive.
