Symptoms

System error while trying to delete session.

  1. On CCM GUI interface encountering the error below :
    system error : Please contact your System Administrator
  2. application.log error log:
    2014-09-24 15:07:57,605 - ERROR - NSPWL2 - Centralized Configuration - tekelec -SYSTEM - Exception caught inside SessionModel.deleteSessions()::Unexpected error when deleting Session.; nested exception is:javax.ejb.TransactionRolledbackLocalException: EJB Exception:; nested exception is: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation - com.steleus.nsp.config.system.exception.NSPCentConfException: Unexpected error when deleting Session.; nested exception is: javax.ejb.TransactionRolledbackLocalException: EJB Exception:; nested exception is: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation
     

Cause

Server could be under maintenance status under CCM.

Solution

Check if the server is under maintenance status under CCM, if not continue the investigation.
