Symptoms1. We have noticed that in the measurement files, the statistics for deleted associations are still showing: "STATUS","ASSOC","ECASNEST","DURASNEST","DATCHKSN","RTXCHNKS","DATCHKRC","SCPKTSNT","SCPKTRCV","SCOCTSNT","SCOCTRCV","CNTLCHKS","ORDCHKSN","CNTLCHKR","ORDCHKRC","GAPACKSR","ASOCABTD","ASOCSHTD","PEERFAIL","ASMAXRTO" 2. Additionally, the information for the other associations is being marked as "I" instead of "K". Cause1. Title: Associations deleted from system in past still appear in the comp-sctpasoc Comma Separated Values (CSV) reports PR: 231613 (BUG 19106690) Each 30 minutes interval, Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) associations measurements are written to disk using an index. 2. The associations measurement reports with E5-OAM Integrated Measurements shows Incomplete (I) status: PR: 234507 (BUG 19110446) Cause:
