Symptoms

During the process of performing a bare-metal restore on our ODA system, there was a power disruption.

We started over to avoid the resulting issues, but now we are getting a message:

"Cannot redirect CD-ROM image, Connection with SP is down, please try redirection later."

Cause

power interruption has put the ILOM into a intermediate or unknown state

Solution

reset the ILOM Service Processor for the node
