Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

SL150 robotics not working.

Cause

Robot can not be seen by the backup server but drives can be seen.
 
Bridge drive was in a kind of hang status and didn't allow the robotic to be seen.
 

Solution

Physically swap drives 0 and 1.
Rebooted the Tape Library.
Rebooted the Master and Media servers.
The library is now seen from the media server.
Ran backup to tape and have been successful.
