After a scheduled week-end power maintenance event the SL3000 would not come back up online. SymptomsAfter a scheduled week-end power maintenance event the SL3000 would not come back up online. The ECM Fan tray fault indicator was lit. The yellow standby LED's were on both the HBCR and HBT cards. CSE was unable to bring up a SLConsole session or SSH into the machine via the CLI port or RSVD port on either card. All of the drive and rail power supplies were in a green status. PDU phase indicators were all green. voltage was verified. ChangesThe customer had scheduled a power maintenance event over the week-end. The SL3000 was powered down on a Friday evening and would not come back online after being powered back up. CauseUnknown issue with the HBCR card prevented the library from completing the boot up sequence. Solution1. Replace the HBCR card.
