Cause

The dump shows dmod 2057 has offtrack problems on both heads. This is likely a roller problem. The drive needs to be replaced. The 304d sno results from an unexpected UNLOAD_COMPLETE message arriving after the unload operation was halted.

Solution

Replacing the drive should resolve this issue.
