In any case an SR should be opened with Oracle support to review a recent snapshot of the ILOM. To get the snapshot you can look at Collecting snapshot on ILOM 3.x and later platforms (Doc ID 1020204.1) and/or Collecting snapshot via the GUI on ILOM 3.x and later platforms (Doc ID 1553399.1).
