Customer reported all drives are offline to NBU. When viewing the SLCosole there was no drive folder. In this Document

NBU = Net BackUp This issue occurred in a SL3000 that had been running for a time. Library was showing offline from the console. 3-9599659211 SymptomsCustomer reported all drives are offline to NBU. When viewing the SLConsole there was no drive folder. Log Snapshot does NOT report any errors on the library. ChangesNone CauseDefective component on the PUM Motherboard. SolutionDetermine if the internal switch to the HBT on the motherboard PUM card is defective. Troubleshooting Steps1. Initiate a SSH session to the SL3000 via the serial port. 2. Issue a "ping hbt" command via the Command Line Interface. If Redundant Electronics is installed you will need to enter a "ping hbta" command. Output should look like the following if successful: SL3000> ping hbta If not successful you will see this output: SL3000> ping hbt 3. Check the LED indicators on the PUM card. Refer to the attached file for further LED information. 4. If the 4th to the left indicator is off (HBTA INT), then the internal switch on the PUM is probably defective.
