ChangesThe server just moved from another location and was recently installed in a rack. CauseProblem caused by incorrect rack mounting screws
SPARC T3-1 & SPARC T4-1 are not affected. No screws used for rack mounting. Solution1) Use four of the supplied M5 x 4.5-mm flathead Phillips screws to secure each of the hardmount brackets to the sides of the server. See page 28 of "Netra SPARC T4-1 Server Installation Guide" 2) Replace the motherboard 3) Replace hard disk drive if necessary
