Symptoms

Symptoms reported looks like to the ones described in section F) /SYS/MB/V_+3V3_SLOT of below document, but it is different:

POK power glitches & regulator faults cause T3-x/T4-x/NetraT3-1/NetraT4-x/T3-1B/T4-1B/NetraT3-1B/Netra T4-1B to power down unexpectedly (Doc ID 1443866.1)

Platform will not stay powered on and powers off after a few seconds. Sample outputs of:

Changes

The server just moved from another location and was recently   installed in a rack.

Cause

Solution

1) Use four of the supplied M5 x 4.5-mm flathead Phillips screws to secure each of  the hardmount brackets to the sides of the server.

    See page 28  of "Netra SPARC T4-1 Server Installation Guide"

2) Replace the motherboard

3) Replace hard disk drive if necessary
