Symptoms

Trying to switch to the latest OKM "Replication Version". However it is giving error:

"Perform Cluster Replication Schema Switch failed.
Error: End of file or no input. Operation interrupted or timed out (15 s receive delay) (15 s send delay). "

All KMA's in the cluster are running the same OKM version.

Changes

Recently upgraded the KMAs

Cause

All KMAs in the Cluster should be responding and all KMAs must run a KMS or OKM version that supports the
replication version that the Security Officer wants to set. If any of this conditions is not satisfied, the KMA replication level will fail to switch to the specified level.

Solution

Make sure that all of these conditionas are satisfied before attempting to switch the replication level:

1. All KMAs in the Cluster should be responding.
2. All KMAs must run a KMS or OKM version that supports the replication version that the Security Officer wants to set.

If the problem persists, even after all the above conditions are met, open a service request in My Oracle Support and attach the latest OKM system dump.
