Symptoms

Drive is offline and Health state show as error. However, from drive detail we are able to see the tape drive wwn, code and serial number.

Changes

After removing a stuck tape from a tape drive.

Cause

Tape drive had missing target bezel on the front.

Solution

Installed missing bezel onto the tape drive.
