Cause
This could be due to corruption in ILOM firmware.
Please verify the same as below:
1) In snapshot data, check spos_info directory, for '@bin@df_-k.out' to see usage of /coredump
/dev/mtdblock6 12288 1808 10480 15% /coredump
## The SP filesystem was not full.
2) In snasphot data, event logs check if they tried fw upgrade.

700 Wed Jul 16 07:54:52 2014 Power Reset major

691 Wed Jul 16 07:49:42 2014 Power Off major

## The firmware was upgraded on the system.
Solution
1) Reflash the ilom firmware with saving the configuration.
2) Check if it works, else re-flash firmware without saving the current configuration. i.e.
--> Back up ilom configuration using 'set dump_uri=ftp://<user>:<password>@hostIP/tmp/file.config'
--> Try re-flashing the System Firmware without saving the current configuration (Please don't select the preserve the settings)
--> Check if it works, then restore the configuration by 'set load_uri=ftp://<user>:<password>@hostIP/tmp/file.config', else next step.
--> Set System to factory defaults using 'set /SP reset_to_defaults=factory'.
--> Check if it works, then restore the configuration by 'set load_uri=ftp://<user>:<password>@hostIP/tmp/file.config', else next step.
--> Log a Service Request with Oracle Support to resolve this issue.
The SP was replaced and the issue got fixed
