Symptoms

During initialization the following series of errors are seen in the error logs and the library does not go online (goes inop).

Changes

Customer install a new Expansion Module.

Cause

The new Expansion Module has problems with his Expansion Module Controller (KLE) Card. You will see wrong Drive IDs.
