Customer opened AEM doors before "enter light came on"

Cause

According to the logs confirmed what the FE found onsite the library went into a hung status when customer entered into the library. Customer opened AEM doors before "enter light came on".

When they opened the AEM doors and entered before the library provided authorization, then generated a hung issue as the library must protect the humans for any injuries. Customer must wait until the library is prepared to allow a human entered after the AEM door is opened.

Solution

Reboot the library and check functionality.
