Symptoms
When trying to register the drive on the VOP and KMS, we are getting an error: "xx.xx.xx.xx commit FAILED. Using Token not defined."
Changes
Enrolling new drives with KMS 1.2.
Cause
Incorrect IP address entered on VOP "Configure Drive Parameters" screen.
Solution
Make sure that the token (EKT) is communicating to the drive.
On the VOP "Configure Drive Parameters" screen, enter the correct Agent ID, KMS IP address and Pass Phrase.
