Symptoms
The back light on the panel looks like it is on. It flashes briefly on library initialization and flashes some when pressing randomly on the panel as though it is sensing the input but the screen itself is blank.
Cause
Operator panel not working properly, screen itself is blank.
Connector not seated properly, bad connector, bad cable, bad RLM card.
Solution
Make a close visual inspection for the ribbon cable installed from factory that goes to the Operator Panel, and check if it is properly seated/installed. For this case it didn't apply but is important to check the latest version of the library's firmware as the latest parts releases for the operator panel are compatible with firmware 1466 and above.
