Symptoms
Server won't power on and will show a fault in the ILOM
Events similar to below have occurred:

Cause
Either a known FW problem occurred or a bad CPU on failed to initialize.
Solution
Please ensure that the firmware is at 7.1.6.d or newer. If not then update to the latest firmware and clear the fault.
If the fails with this firmware or newer then replace the System board.
