Cause
Application configuration issue.
Solution
Customer determined this to be CommVault problem. Somehow the interaction with Windows services from the Windows servers was causing the issue. They have both AIX and Windows media servers. Once they shutdown the Windows server(s) the problem went away.
The issue was resolved when Commvault media agents were stop and restarted on a Windows server that was connected to the library. Withdraw and deposit of tapes runs on a AIX server where the "Door open" error message was reported.
