Symptoms

In this instance the customer got the following in show faulty.

However when we looked at the actual FRUs we can see the components just fine.

Cause

This is most likely a temporary communication loss between the SP and the system

Solution

Clear the faults and reset the SP

start /SP/faultmgmt/shell
fmadm repaired <component> (for each component affected)
exit
reset /SP
