SL150 - One Drive Can not be Seen by Net Backup

Symptoms
Customer reported that 1 of their 12 drives can not be seen by his backup application (Netbackup 7.6.0.1).
SL150 - One Drive Can not be Seen by Net Backup.

Drive 4 is not linking.
Cause
Faulty Fiber Cable.
Solution
Take the following actions:
1.- Swap the fiber cable of the faulty drive with another drive that is working.
1.1.- If the drive remains down in the Backup application, probably the SFP is faulty and the drive needs to be replaced.
1.2.- If the fault moves to the other drive, then the problem could be caused by the fiber cable or the switch's port. Swap the ports at the switch. In this way you can verify this is a problem with the fiber cable or a bad port in the switch.
