Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

EPAP A and EPAP B db difference issue

Cause

The ntp sync was not good and was not stable, which caused EPAPs to go out of sync

Whenever there is ntp sync issue the time difference of EPAP would vary, which may cause RTDB to stop updates.

Solution

EPAP B was not updating. A restore of RTDB from the mate solved this issue, using the Backup and Restore of RTDB procedure is available in (EPAP Administration Manual)
Both EPAP servers and Eagle are in sync and updating fine
