Changes

These faults have been observed after upgrading the system firmware.

Cause

There were I2C bus errors on the Mother board,PM-0 and PM-1, Following the SP reset after the firmware upgrade.

Solution

These errors may be safely ignored and cleared if observed upon mandatory
reset of the Service Processor (SP) after firmware upgrade.

In order to clear the faults, please follow the documents Doc ID 1483194.1,
Doc ID 1309092.1 and Doc ID 1155200.1 to clear the related faults on FMA and
SP level.

Afterwards, please powercycle the server, as outlined in Doc ID 1571054.1.

If you find any more errors after the above action plan, Please open a Ticket
with Oracle with the latest explorer and ILOM snapshot.
