Symptoms

Core file was created due to DB notify thread caught an exception : syscheck output indicates that core file is present on the system

Cause

Error message was caused by hung socket in ProvDSMServiceHandler routine. UlogInterface::notify Thread caught std::exception and core file was created

Solution

To remove the alarm and clear the core file perform the following commands

cd /var/TKLC/core
rm *core*
Run syscheck to verify the alarm was cleared.
