Symptoms

STA 2.0 GUI shows SL150 (code level 0201) top Drive Health Indicator is ACTION and Drive Exchange Status is DRIVE_ERROR.

2 HU14101ALJ Ultrium 6-SCSI 22GS 10.0.0.1 Fibre 0,1,2,11

Cause

Library code level 0201 and HP LTO6 code level 22GS are supported on STA2.0.

Replacing drive and upgrading library code level to 0225 do not help to resolve this problem.

Solution

Problem fixed after upgrading HP LOT6 code from 22GS to 239S.
