Cause

Zpool degraded on IR mirrored volume for Erie-INT PCI host bus adapter due to checksum errors.

Solution

Use sas2ircu utility and run consistency check on IR volumes and checking status for hardware healthy.
Use Pc-Check utility for testing hard disks and SAS HBA.

If there are no reasons reported for the checksum errors with sas2ircu or Pc-Check utility, the best further action then would be to make sure valid backup is available, purged IR volumes and create a software RAID for narrowing down the issue cause.
