The Oracle keyboard and mouse are certified for use with Sun Ray Clients. This document provides specifications for the new generation Oracle keyboard and mouse. CauseSome versions of the Sun Ray Operating System (SROS) installed on the Sun Ray Client Device may not recognize newer Oracle keyboards. SolutionIn order to have the Oracle keyboards work with Sun Ray Clients, the existing firmware / SROS must be upgraded to SROS 11.1.3 or later.
