Cause

Analyzed snapshot logs
I on ly see 6 power supply that are looking good the are Drives PS 1.0.0.1.1 , 1.0.0.1.2 , 1.0.0.1.21, 1.0.0.1.22 and PDU's 1.0.0.1.29 and 1.0.0.1.30
Some other power supply are present but not ok : 1.0.0.1.5, 1.0.0.1.6, 1.0.0.1.11, 1.0.0.1.12, 1.0.0.1.17, 1.0.0.1.18 , 1.0.0.1.21, 1.0.0.1.22, 1.0.0.1.23, 1.0.0.1.24, 1.0.0.1.27 and 1.0.0.1.28
Two power supply's are not seen at all from library : 1.0.0.1.25 and 1.0.0.1.26 . but they are present .
I asked to check Frond door switches..they are OK
All cable have been checked twice .
I asked to order HBN card and PDU.
I'll ask to order a HBZ module as well.
 
Cable J506 that is going from HBN card to HBLY was in short circuit with the Chassis.
This cable is installed from manufactory
 

Solution

Cable J506 that is going from HBN card to HBLY was in short circuit with the Chassis.
This cable is installed from manufacturing.

To verify the short circuit:

- Disconnect the cable from HBN card (connector P506 ) and the other site the connector that goes to HBLY LEDs.

- Check if any short between each wire.

- Check if any short between each wire and library chassis.

Replace J506 cable.
