Symptoms

You are upgrading your OBIEE 11.1.1.7.131017 to OBIEE 11.1.1.7.140415 using Bundle <Patch 18283508>, however it fails with below error message:

One-off <Patch 17029364> is already applied on the top of OBIEE 11.1.1.7.131017 Bundle Patchset <Patch 17530796>

Solution

To fix this issue:

Rollback the <Patch 17029364> from your current version. To Roll back <Patch 17029364>, please read the readme of <Patch 17029364>
Apply the OBIEE 11.1.1.7.140415 Bundle <Patch 18283508> and then re-apply the one-off patch <Patch 17029364> for 11.1.1.7.140415 from My Oracle Support.

Note:Read the Readme of the patch carefully before installing the patch.
