CauseThis behavior is described further in the following bug: Bug 16068181 : HMP: ERIE MPT_SAS: FAILED TO COPY OUT REPLY DATA The system warnings are due to mpt_sas driver interaction with SAS HBA. They can be ignored. SolutionFor Solaris 11 upgrade to Oracle Solaris 11.2.5.5.0 (or greater) For Solaris 10 (Sparc) upgrade to at least Kernel patch 150400-35. For Solaris 10 (i386) upgrade to at least Kernel patch 150401-35.
